Klaxons - Myths of the Near Future

HMV describes Klaxons as "acid-rave sci-fi punk-funk". Personally I don't have a clue what that means but I do know the Klaxons have delivered one of the best albums of the year with their debut, Myths of the Near Future. The CD includes an average version of Grace's It's not Over Yet but there are no poor original tracks and highlights include track 7 Gravity's Rainbow, Isle of Her and Golden Skans. They sound like a big stage band, and I'll be doing all I can to stay awake to see them at Primavera Sound where they come on stage at 0335 next Saturday.
Off to catch some ZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz's
